Dr. Audrey Yu-Speight has performed research in both Chemical engineering (including a patent) and Veterinary Ocular Pharmacology.  She has received awards for Public Service, Pharmacology, Physiology and Nutrition. 

She was born in California but got to Texas as fast as she could.  She has lived in Texas for over 10 years.  She has a family of her husband and young son, dogs, cats and birds.
