Have you changed veterinarians, moved homes or had a change in your patient's owners?  If yes, please call us at 512-255-8700 or email us at web@veteyecenter.com for a Client Update Form that will be linked to your account.

Client Update Form

After you have updated your information, we invite you (if you haven't already) to sign up for access to our Client Portal where we can communicate with you confidentially, upload forms for you (written discharge instructions, etc.) and you can set your appointment reminder preferences.
